Krótki fotoreportaż z kolejnej wizyty/ A short photo story from another visit

Przyjazd Andy i Dana urozmaicił naszą rutynę praca-weekend przez kilka dni. Kolejna wizyta była okazją do wypadu na Costa Brava, odkrycia najnowszej dzielnicy Barcelony, wypicia cava w Xampanyet czy porto w Casa Portuguesa oraz zjedzenia pysznych montaditos w Quimet.
Ominęliśmy Ramblas, Passaig de Gracia i Park Guell, które w miesiącach letnich zdominowane są przez międzynarodowy tłum turystów. Pozwoliliśmy naszym znajomym z Rumunii zwiedzać samodzielnie atrakcje Barcelony, pokazaliśmy im jedynie nasze ulubione zakątki.



Po wizycie Andy i Dana mamy 4 dni na zregenerowanie sił, we wtorek czeka nasz kolejny najazd gości, tym razem portugalskich. Straciłam już rachubę ile razy byliśmy przewodnikami turystycznymi. Teraz korzystając a lata wyjeżdżamy w weekendy poza Barcelonę, a goście odhaczają “miejsca, które trzeba zobaczyć”, jak jesteśmy w pracy.



For few days our daily routine (work-home-work-home) was changes thanks to another friends’ vist, this time our Romanian guests, Anda and Dan spent few days with us. Their visit was a great excuse to go to Costa Brava, discover the newest district of Barcelona, drink cava in Xampanyet and port wine in Casa Portuguesa, and eat delicious montaditos in Quimet. We purposely avoided the Ramblas, Passaig de Gracia, and Park Guell, which during the summer are taken over by the international crowd. We let our friends visit attractions in Barcelona alone, limiting ourselves to show them our favorite spots.



We had the weekend to do absolutely nothing and get some rest, as after four days of getting our energy back we are expecting yet another guests invasion, this time of Portuguese friends of Nuno. I have lost count how many time we have been touristic guides. That is why we try to go to new places on the weekends, preferably outside of Barcelona, and let our guest complete “places one must see when in BCN” list on their own, when we are at work.
